簡介

Featuring air conditioning, Condo by Weng is set in Manila, 600 metres from SM Mall of Asia. SM Mall of Asia Arena is 600 metres away. Free WiFi is available .

The well-furnished apartment comes fitted with a separate bedroom. It also features a seating area with a sofa bed. Facilities provided in the apartment include an LED TV, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and electric stove. A heater and air conditioning is available as well.

立法院財政委員會今(2)日審查攸關稅改的所得稅法修正案，提案多達 47 件，頁數逾 700 頁。會議主席國民黨立委費鴻泰指出，光要把提案全部念完就要花 6-7 小時，因此今日無法處理，將擇期再審。

立法院財政委員會今日初審稅改方案，含行政院版本在內，各黨團共提出 47 個版本，包含進一步提高免稅額、標準扣除額或增列長照、表演藝術、學生就學貸款等特別扣除項目，各式提案琳瑯滿目。

會議主席、立委費鴻泰指出，由於提案數太多，評估光是宣讀完畢就需要花 6-7 小時，因此今日結束詢答後，財政部、金管會等部會首長即可離席，由議事人員宣讀提案內容至傍晚5點半散會，擇期再進行實質審查。

財政部則評估，一旦各項提案的免稅額與扣除額項目全數通過，稅收損失將高達 1497 億元。至於行政院版本稅損則約 69 億元，並可透過擴大投資等彌補。
